We've been using Picture Timeclock for a couple of weeks, and it has been working great until recently. When we went to print a report for the data (hours worked by staff) for the week of August 14th, it only showed data from Aug. 18th onward (no data appeared for any employee from the 14th-17th). There was also an automatic windows update done around the same time.
Any advice as to the reason for this and how to potentially retrieve the missing data? We use the database from within the program.
