It has been brought to our attention that a few new users are missing a print registry file, which prevents printing and displays an error for vsprint7.ocx. We are working hard to fix this issue, and plan to release a new setup file within the next few days. To fix this problem immediately, please follow these instructions:
1. Close the SEW application
2. Open an ADMINISTRATIVE Command Prompt (right-click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator) or select Command Admin from the Start Menu
3. Copy and paste into the Command Prompt one of the following commands:
a. For 32-bit operating systems: regsvr32 “C:\Program Files\Guia International\SEW\OCXFiles\VSPrint7.ocx” (quotes around the path are required due to the spaces in the path) **
b. For 64-bit operating systems: regsvr32 “C:\Program Files (x86)\Guia International\SEW\OCXFiles\VSPrint7.ocx” (quotes around the path are required due to the spaces in the path) **
c. A message box should appear saying the operation succeeded
4. Open the SEW application
**You can find out whether your system is a 32 or 64 bit by going to your computer's Control Panel/System
