Improvements?
FIrstly, great program -- simple, intuitive and hits all the right points!  Thank you.
I am hoping, though, for an update to improve the graphing version of the program.  Simply, the red, black, yellow setup is very difficult to read and decipher whereas a simple contrasting bar graph by 15 minute counts vs # of staff would be so much easier to read.
In the meantime, is there a method of extracting 15min count and actual data from the WSLA to create my own graph for my operation and others in my region?
I find that KRI targets are the best method to drive use of the tool but in order to understand your business, labor-wise, there must be a visual buy-in.  (Thus, the need for improved graphing).

thanks so much!

Re: Improvements?
Hi tw,

We're glad to hear that Scheduling Employees has been userful for you and your business, and we appreciate your suggestions.

The Main Editor screen displays a lot of data, and the graphics do suffer as a result.  We are in talks of how we can address this without having to add any more complexity to the program.

We are also at the beginning stages of developing a new type of license for Scheduling Employees, which will be designed for the regional manager who monitors labor costs over multiple units.  Part of this license is an exportable report, including the 15 minute counts as well as a budget vs.actual report.

Stay tuned...
