Scheduling Employees 4.5 has been updated for the following:
Fix the calculation error in Total Labor % on Sales Labor Analysis screen on the Productivity Form
Change Actual Transactions to white when on 15 minute transactions on the Productivity Form
Bar Graph button on Scheduling Form - Fix Click Here When Done issue on Assignments
Fix issue related to hitting enter on the last cell of the 15 minute transactions form
Fix for the wage field on the Employees Form (wage was going blank)
Copy week conflict check functionality enhancements
Update to Employee form to allow setting Dates Off for new employees
Fix the sorting issue on Bar Chart Schedule report related to Assignments
Update directions: It is always a good idea to create a backup file before updating. In your current version, go to File/Backup database, then save this .bak file to your computer.
Log into your account Click the My Orders tab, then click the order number of your Scheduling Employees purchase or trial. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Download" button- the file name is SEWSetupv4515.zip
Windows 7/8 Users: Save (not Open) SEWSetupv4515.zip to your computer (this may take a few minutes). Once downloaded, right-click the zip file and select "Extract All" then "Extract" Once extracted, right-click the setup file and select "Run as Administrator." Select "Yes" and continue to follow the prompts to finish the installation.
All other OS's: Download the file SEWSetupv4515.zip, then extract (see above). Double click the setup file and follow the prompts to finish the installation. Use the same registration code you were issued with the original purchase- you can find it listed above the download button.
