All products ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed through this website. Software downloads should be immediately available via this web site.  License keys for software purchased should be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.  Please allow 5-7 business days for any product that is shipped. Products ship via Fedex, UPS or US priority mail.

All sales are final.  There are no returns available for Guia International products.  We make free 30-day trial versions available for evaluation and testing, prior to purchase.  All trial versions are fully functional and can be converted to a fully licensed version with the purchase of a registration code.  There is no need to uninstall the trial version and install the licensed version.  All trial version data entered will be available in the licensed version.
