If you need to schedule Conference rooms or assign technicians to customers for work, this is the program for you. This application a three dimensional scheduler because it schedules Resources and the Users of those Resources.
All of that is done by using the mouse. You can change, a reservation quickly by dragging and dropping the reservation bar.

Schedules are visible as bars that have the current users printed on them. You can make the bars longer, shorter, delete or change them with a single mouse click.

The program is called "Universal Resource Scheduler", some other names would have been applicable as well, like:

"Who is working where, when and for how long" or "What is rented by whom, when and for how long", etc.

You can name the generic....
    Resource (Nurses, Employee, Conference room, Etc)
    User (Customer, Client, Etc)
    Action (Reservation, Assignment, Appointment, Etc)
    Features (Skills, Equipment, Maximum number of people, Etc)

Other features are:
     Two levels of Password protection.
     Assign authority restrictions to each Password.
     Resource availability.
     Reports for a Date or between dates.
